Pay with Onebip

With onebip you can conveniently purchase tickets and pay over the phone. The system of onebip differs from conventional SMS-Payment options. That is why we would like to explain the purchase and payment process. The main difference is that for Onebip allows you to create an account on which you can set up a personal credit.(similar to Paypal) However Onebip will not charge your bank account, rather your cell phone.

In order to pay with Onbip, please click on the appropriate shopping cart on the premium page. You will then be led to the Onebip web-page. There, you can login to your existing account. If you do not have an account, then you will be able to create an account on this web-page. After that stage, you will see the amount for the tickets and a ''Buy'' button. The progress now depends on whether you already have a sufficient credit or not. If so, click on the "Buy" button and the tickets will be delivered in real time.

When you first create an account, your balance is zero. You will see that when a zero appears beside your credits. If you do not have credit, you need to upload credit before you can pay. When you click “Buy”, your payment will be authorised and the credit process will have started. You'll see different ways to purchase tickets on your phone via your Onebip account. Simply choose a sufficient amount, then you will get a text message. You will have to confirm the transaction on your Onebip account. When you confirm the transaction, you will see your credit balance change from zero to the amount you previously selected. This will happen in a matter of seconds.

Please beware that when you purchase tickets through the website and confirm the transaction with your cell phone, the Onebip web-page will not change, only the balance information on the top right of the screen. When the credit is recognised, click on the "Buy" button again.

The transaction is then complete and the ticket will be delivered. Your remaining balance will stay in your account. On your Onebip account you will be able to see a list of all your purchases on Onebip and their related transaction numbers, amounts and descriptions.

If experience problems with the transaction and want to contact GAS Support, please log in first to your Onebip account and check if the transaction has gone through, if the transaction was cancelled or if you have credit on your account to make a transaction. If everything is as it should be on your Onebip account and you still have not received any tickets, please provide us with the following information;

  1. Transaction ID
  2. Date of transaction
  3. User ID (ID of the account that bought the tickets)
