NDH (Neue Deutsch Hard)

Can someone explain this stuff to me? Who thought that mixing doom metal with trancy futurepop was a good idea? And who listens to them? And what makes people want to further combine this with Mittelalter, so you get trancy keyboard leads and bagpipes, and still call it metal?

Falco, you should know by now that Germans have no tabu when it comes to making music....but we somehow still manage to infiltrate modern culture with it anyways. (i.e. Falco)

Yeah, but Falco was Austrian.

Besides, mixing new wave, rap, soft rock, techno, synthpop, and classical makes perfect sense.

(On the other hand, when he tried to mix in fusion/prog.... Well, anyone remember his cover of Steely Dan's "Do It Again"? No? Good....)

Godwin's First Law: Whoever compares the other side to Hitler automatically loses.

Falcotron's First Law: Whoever insults Falco automatically loses.

Falcotron's Second Law: No matter who loses, Oomph! loses harder.
